I placed the ticket and waited 10 days to get the answer. The customer support from the theme developer is rude and argumentative. After wasting much of my time to explain some obvious flaws in his theme, he threw the Envato Terms at me to justify his unusable theme. My advice: move on and pick another theme. There are more user-friendly themes available with far superior support for a similar price. It is not worth what it costs. A similar theme is worth no more than $10. The only thing it is missing is a good way to automate creating video files from the media library. The only way I was able to do it was running a custom SQL script, and even then it didn’t quite work the way I wanted it to.
