Excellent support from the Qode developers when we had an issue with one of the widgets: they investigated directly in our installation and fixed the problem within a day.

Awesome theme that you can customize for your needs whatever they are.

Very good theme, a bit complex but therefore a lot of options. Maybe not a beginner theme. Very good support, placed 4 tickets and all got replied within 24 hours.

Quite nice, well equipped, but very resource-consuming and slow theme. Also, customization in some parts is not as intuitive as it could be.

Always problems with this theme. None of the documented methods work. None of the custom CSS works that the developer puts into the comments. Now it seems everything has to be through support. The theme is all over the place.

Excellent design, but you need a PHD to learn how to modify this template theme.

This is a good and flexible theme, great design too and you can build with Elementor. Just hope with more updates does not need too much custom code to fix some theme issues. When you insert an image or gallery using Elementor, the lightbox feature shows just a second and then redirects to the WP image link. All is updated and with other themes lightbox is working fine. Hope you can fix this in the next update or maybe you have a custom code to fix that.

Increasing my rating. This is now a solid theme, which has been nicely updated over the years. Originally it did have speed and some other issues. Good job!

I have been using this theme for over 4 years. I have bought other themes since then for other websites, and I always come back to this theme. The flexibility is fabulous. The support is stellar also. Support is quick to respond and usually able to provide a solution for the need.

I found a bug when I was installing, and less than 24 hours later an update was released that fixed the issue. I love support that happens that fast!

After installation, WordPress is slow. If you want to load the example pages via the function intended for this purpose, the function aborts. Just bad the whole template.

Great theme! Great features! Amazing support! This was the best $59 spent in 2019. Thank you, “Select” team, for such a great theme and outstanding support.

I give 2 stars, one for the customer support. I gave up. Second star is for the code quality. In the WPBakery plugin when you edit the page, it shows gibberish code. I asked them to look into it, and it is really difficult to deal with the support.

I recently purchased this theme and the installation documentation was better than many other themes that I have purchased in the past. Importing all the demo content, images, attachments, etc. was a breeze. This theme has so much to offer and is probably one of my favorites. I did run into a slight issue with changing the theme to the SEO look and feel. I struggled a little bit and submitted a ticket. After a couple hours of submitting the ticket I figured it out on my own, and immediately posted a reply to the ticket that I figured it out on my own. Their posted response time of 48hrs or less during support hours M-F is spot on. I submitted at 10pm EST Friday Night and had a response Monday at 10am EST with the reply that they are happy I found the solution myself, and stated that if I need any further help to feel free to reach out again for their help. Customer support fixed the issues we had, took longer than we would have wanted but they eventually got to it and gave us easy fixes. Theme is fun and after a while easy to navigate. Happy to get this for my client. My client is very much satisfied with the design.
