Despite the recent update, the theme still shows an error indicating that the SocialV Child theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. This issue hints at a lack of attention to compatibility and up-to-date integration with essential e-commerce features. The theme disappointingly lacks essential features like a dedicated business pages section and the ability to schedule posts. Post-update, the menu often becomes disorganised, and the demo import process creates multiple duplicate pages. This not only affects the site’s structure but also adds unnecessary clutter and confusion for administrators. Fonts do not display as intended, and text formatting is inconsistent, leading to a visually unappealing and unprofessional look. Despite these challenges, I’m assigning a three-star rating, acknowledging the theme’s potential. However, significant improvements are necessary, especially in ensuring compatibility with essential plugins like WooCommerce, enhancing fundamental social networking features, and resolving the recurring menu and formatting issues. I hope to see these improvements in future updates, which would make the theme a much stronger contender in the social networking space.

I really love the way this theme looks. Not thrilled that there are no sidebars on pages, but other than that, it’s an incredible value.

This was such a great solution for getting a private social media network started. It was super easy to set up with just a few things that I needed to reach out to support. Customer support is superb! I think that it is a great social network template, the RTL features are great and it is beautiful! It can be slightly faster and also rendering RTL differently for best performance but it is 5 stars item and the support is good, helping, investing time to hear suggestions, develop, fix and generally help. The product is quality, the documentation is robust, and the customization is broad. When inevitable bugs and issues arise, Riddhi from the support team has been very responsive, helpful, and timely. What more can you ask for? This kind of package is hard to find. If you are a self-motivated entrepreneur who is ready to accomplish your dreams by rolling up your sleeves, learning, and working alongside experts who can help you when you get stuck, do not hesitate. You’ve landed in the right place. They won’t do the majority of the work for you, nor should they. But they will come to your rescue when you need them. And if I can learn this and do it, then you can. Let’s go! I want to give this team a well-deserved thank you! They fixed my problem even though it was not an easy fix. They stayed with it until it was fixed. Thank you and I recommend them and the SocialV theme. The developer very patiently explained to me the process of how to change the definition of the product, it took almost 2 weeks to go back and forth, very professional and clear, recommend this template. I am shifting my review to 5 stars based on my experience with this theme. Superb and good job!

Their team is very quick and kind to respond and resolve issues immediately. The website is clean, smooth, and the design is perfect. There are so many reasons to give 5 stars but what really stood out to me was their level of support. I had a small request and within 45 minutes the issue I was having was resolved instantly, even on the weekend. These are amazing and I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. There are 2 big reasons this stands out from the rest. The first is their customer support; it’s amazing. The second is the design; they clearly get it and it’s beautiful.

I consider this theme to be the best. The theme documentation was very thorough, and even I, who had no knowledge of programming, was able to create a site easily and happily. The customer support was very polite, and when I had a problem, they went to the WordPress admin screen on my behalf and solved it! You should buy it for the time being. No need to hesitate.

Nothing is without bugs, but when it matters most Iqonic customer support is very helpful. Great template, great support, well worth the buy!

Innovative and highly expandable. I have yet to find a theme that offers such unique possibilities. Thanks to Iqonic for this good work.

Beautiful design, easy to use, up to date, compatible with all plugins I use, and support is amazing. Other developers make it almost impossible to reach out to support, or even get your issue debugged. These guys are different. With only my WP credentials, they helped me out in full. I highly recommend SocialV and all of their products + support.

The theme is very well made, you can notice the quality code and response. It does need some tweaking around, as all new themes do. But the guys behind are updating it constantly, and, to be honest this works for me. Some display and layouts issues, but all my inquiries have been answered and also fixed. By the way, the support is second to none. Fast responses on tickets and you can notice the guys do care. I tried several BuddyPress themes and tried to make them work, but SocialV has some extra stuff which completes the package. 5 stars despite the small setbacks, it’s normal with a new theme when you’re trying to customize it to your needs. Please keep improving it by adding new features, focusing on user experience, it’s the small things that matter. I love the agility of customer support and code quality, you won’t go wrong with IQoNIC Design Team. One of the best supporting teams, Lite Application, quick load. Template is very nice and works perfect! Few individual issues were solved asap with great communication with theme support! Love it!

I really like this template. The conflicting plugin is iqonic extensions plugin. When I deactivate that, Elementor works but there is no way to change the images. After installing and setting up all my menu pages as I wanted, the GTMetrix score showed 85% on performance and 90% on structure. Pretty good considering all the 20+ plugins.

I am extremely impressed with the theme and even more impressed with the support provided by the developers. The customization process had some challenges, but the team was quick to help me and resolve any issues that arose. Before purchasing the theme, I had some doubts, but now I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The end result for my BuddyPress community is fantastic. I highly recommend this theme and the team behind it, they truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!

Love the theme, I got it set up fast. Everything works. Great value for money. But the best is customer support. They go above and beyond, they even help me with customizations that were out of scope. Always nice and always fast, the ticket system is well organized. Great experience.

Seriously – this is the COOLEST concept for a forum/social hub I have ever seen! There are so many BADASS features that will keep your members thoroughly engaged!
