Beautiful theme and a fantastic support team.

Great customer support. The theme is awesome and the support for it was superb.

Main Reason = ‘Everything’. I don’t know who ‘GoodLayers’ is, but I want to say, by use of the now non-binary use of the word ‘Dude’, Dude, yes I’ve never done a blog before or know much of what to do, but daamn, I was able to INSTANTLY able to see how much work this was going to save me. I ‘have an eye’ for look and feel, but have no skill, at all, in creating it. Your sample was just happened to be laid out in a way I could visualize my blog working, I took a shot, installed it, (having no previous experience), and…boom. Blown away.

Absolutely terrible customer support. I had one simple technical question about the theme and did not receive appropriate support.
