En conjunto es una buena opción si lo que quieres es que tu página web tenga una buena estética y acabado. Es rápida y funcional, pero tiene varios errores críticos:
1-Tiene un grave problema con ADMIN-PHP-AJAX. Esto genera por error un altísimo consumo de CPU en tu servicio de hosting, el cual no está preparado para soportar tal consumo, por lo que terminarán limitando el acceso mensual y terminarán por bloquear tu página web, dejándola sin acceso.
2-El menú tipo ´´Hamburguesa´´ tampoco funciona correctamente en la versión para móvil, una vez que accedes a las categorías, el botón ya no vuelve a funcionar. Eso puede generar desconfianza y frustración en tus posibles clientes.
Por lo general si consiguen solucionar los problemas que van apareciendo, y dando servicio, es una buena opción.

Functionality of theme is good and if some feature is missing, just communicate it with support, they will find solution. People from support are patient, even if there was a problem with understanding how theme works, we figured it out together. It is also handy to read the documentation. I also found out that shortcodes for custom tabs are not supported, but they’ll add that feature asap. The whole concept of that theme is open and is always in development.
