SW Countdown not loading new products?? Will not load new categories?? Will not load duplicated products from demo content??

Be careful guys everything with this theme and support is terrible.. wasting time … dispute in progress ..

This theme is a mess. I’ve spent tens of hours trying to translate (lot of hard-coded texts which are unable to get translated). The countdown “days, hours” etc. cannot be translated at all. Adding logo will break the layout (except if you use exactly the same size as the author). Customizing is a mess. Little things are hidden within widgets. Even the meta description or site title cannot be changed unless inserting the values straight to the database. Lousy support – answering fairly quick (except my last ticket which was 5 days ago), but not doing anything to correct these problems. Mobile layout not working on phones (not fetching the mobile homepage or mobile menu’s). These problems occur with installing the theme manually and by using the author’s quickstart.zip what he offers via mega download. Hours spent: +80 fixing the broken theme. Ready to launch?: No. Asking for refund?: Hell yes. 80 hours of my time equals 3200 euros. Stay away from this theme!
