The customer support is very friendly and accurate. Don’t be shy to ask them to fix your theme problems. You need to be a little bit patient because they’re very busy and can’t answer immediately. The customer support answered my question within 24 hours with the correct information I needed. I’m on a deadline so it was great to get the correct info in a timely fashion. The theme is very nice as well and easy to work with. The support is really very responsive and helps to change the theme without worries. This is a beautifully crafted and stunning theme with many customizable features. I required a bespoke template tweak and the support team were fantastic, with clear communication, effective problem-solving, and quick coding. Thanks guys and congratulations on an awesome theme! I had an issue with the theme that was actually caused by a php server setting. The support gave me proper directions on how to fix it. I am all set now and wanted to give them what they deserved: 5 stars.

I have the theme for some months now. Wasn’t able to customize any part of it. Sad part is I now have to start completely from scratch with a different theme. Support sucks, just asks for screenshots, of what? A pile of nothing?

Demo content does not install. Multiple errors noted. I am not giving a stranger access to my server to fix something that should work. Several weeks have gone by and no update has been made to this theme. The demo looks great, but the demo installer does not function as described. I am uninstalling this theme.

I am using the Red Art Portfolio theme for a long time and I am very happy about the support provided by the designers. They are doing a great job and giving fast and reliable solutions.

It’s a complex theme which requires a bit of digging into the various customization features. Rest assured thumbs UP for quick support turn around! Enjoyed working with this template. Only one minor issue that support quickly took care of. This is a good one!

I give you a 5 star rating for your support. I expect you to improve the customizability and the speed of the theme by optimizing it with items like “Load more” button on the home page. To serve smaller images for the portfolio gallery on the Home page (and thus to have a smaller and faster home page), and still to have a big size (good quality) image when somebody clicks on the thumbnail.

When you have difficulties, there is a very quick reply with good support. Thanks.

Hard to customize but good-looking theme, need improvement especially in the header section.
