The theme is very hard to customize over any pre-made layout…I would not recommend it. You can’t customize much, the performance is very bad. Great theme that comes with lots of customizability options and addons, very good documentation but above all hands-on customer support with edits and troubleshoots for nonprofessional web development users. In more than 20+ years in 100+ themes, Qwery is one of the best if not THE best well-thought-out theme I worked with. We already used it on 6 projects that came out great and clients loved. The great RTL support is the cherry on top.

Theme is the best no doubt. But after sales make all the difference. I am really happy with the way the support team responds. They are quick, and at times they take login credentials and do the required settings themselves. Hats off to the support team. You are really making life easier for us.

They are very helpful and patient. I’m very glad to work with them and looking forward to doing it again.

The assistance is fast and efficient, always finding the solution. Good design, animation, and customization. I purchased this license 3 times. I suggest it!

In addition to being a very nice theme, the support is very efficient and fast!

Initially, it was the Design Quality that drew me to the theme and after working with it, learning about the customizations and features, I was impressed. If I could give a 100-star rating for Customer Service and Support, I’d do so. The documentation is excellent but I’m a novice at designing my own website. When I had any trouble (due to my own lack of skill), the Customer Support was exceptional. Friendly, efficient, and always happy to go the extra mile. I’ve been incredibly impressed and happily leave this review.

Best customer support experience of any theme I’ve ever used over the last decade plus. This is a solid multipurpose theme. Support was so helpful and understood my request on the first time almost every time. I will definitely use this theme again and highly recommend it. I always appreciate themes that are easy to use by someone that is not a developer, so thank you! Over the years I’ve used quite a few premium WordPress themes however nothing as good as Qwery! Not only this theme is very well documented but it’s easy to search for any topic. The theme quality and close Elementor integration make it super easy to use. AncoreThemes customer support is superb! They’re very responsive and super helpful. 100% highly recommended for anyone trying to build a high-quality website.

I discovered Qwery almost a year ago. It is a really well-designed theme in terms of design and functionality in addition to offering very high-quality support. While I love the look of this theme, it takes ages to load pages both on the frontend and the backend. I recently had the pleasure of using this WordPress theme for my website, and it has truly met my expectations. We have purchased into the thousands of items, but this is without a doubt one of the best we’ve worked with. The intuition, attention to detail, and continued improvements that have gone into this theme are on another level.

Overall, this theme is awesome. I am using it on multiple sites for diverse projects. The service is unparalleled.

The theme is clean, fully customizable, and the customer support is excellent. There is comprehensive documentation and video tutorials, and for anything that can’t be figured out on your own, customer support is fast and extremely helpful, allowing you to create your website exactly as you want it. Highly recommend.

I must say that ThemeREX/Ancora has by far the best, most complete, and vibrant themes for all types of businesses and organizations. Emily Mitchel is the best customer support person that I have had the pleasure to work with. Her responses are timely and very explanatory. She has taught me a lot over the years. This theme is great! I have chosen it for my photography website and it was the best choice for sure. I keep getting reviews from my clients about how great the website looks and works now. Amy James and Emily are the girls I was talking to every day, sending multiple emails, asking 100 questions, but they were still super patient and understanding. Amy had an answer to each of my questions. She is really a pro. And Emily was always ready to fulfill all of my ideas about the website.
