We had been using a very old version of Pofo that needed an update. After working through some plugin conflicts, we hit a roadblock and had to submit a support ticket. Our site was inaccessible and the support team went into our WP configuration and fixed some low-level issues for us, above and beyond just the theme, saving me from having to roll back all the updates. The customer support helped me a lot of times. They find solutions to my problems quickly and guided me nicely. I recommend this theme; my client loves it!
