When you’re a designer of sites, support is one of the most crucial aspects of opting for one theme over another. Peter came back to me within a few minutes of my sending in the ticket and sorted the issue. That’s great news. Definitely recommend.

Decent and responsive customer service. Product has minor bugs. Will take several hours of setup and/or repairs out of the box. Some sliders will work once slider template installed, but some will not (50/50). Learning Slider Revolution plugin for the pages I want is taking me several more hours than planned. Once product installed, 10 blog page templates don’t work and link to Themegoods Demo Site, instead. Combined, this premium product will take more setup time than you expect for the premium price. Still happy with it and customer service, but not as easy to setup/use as I first expected.

Slowly finding my way…maybe the rating will raise in the upcoming days.

If you are an experienced web developer, this might give you a good starting point with many options. However, even if you are tech-savvy and have set up multiple WordPress sites, this is beyond frustrating to work with. Nothing is WYSIWYG in this setup. You often have to edit 3-4 elements to edit a single page, and it can be a real scavenger hunt to find where to remove an icon or add text to a specific line. A bunch of options simply don’t show in the Gutenberg editor at all, and there are a dozen custom fields with cryptic IDs. Optional functions like the store or a secondary menu are cumbersome to deactivate.

It’s not easy to present your work as a photographer. Half the galleries look terrible on Desktop, half look terrible on mobile, pictures are cropped and zoomed automatically, so forget using any picture that has anything but center composition in half the galleries. Some galleries straight up didn’t work half the time. After failing to put together a decent-looking front page in the last 5 hours, I think I will just cut my losses here, eat the cost of a theme I will never use, and completely bulldoze the website to rebuild it in Elementor.

Page loading is very slow if you plan on displaying sliders along with static image galleries, even with optimized images and cache plugins. Javascript loading appears to be an issue in some browsers. Using the Gutenberg editor with blocks is a horrible experience. Many plugins will not work properly with this theme.

What a great template – amazing how flexible and how great it looks. Have also used support during installation and my question was answered within a few hours. Thanks to the authors, great job done.

This theme looks really great, it’s highly customizable and most of all the support is excellent: if you have a problem, their team is always ready to help!

Usually very helpful support and overall great theme for photographers with some minor issues, therefore you want a theme with a good support team behind it.

I have been using this theme for years, and I love it very much. Once you have understood how it works, it is easy to take care of it on its own.

Nice theme with a lot of customization options. I appreciate the recently added Elementor support, which is significantly better than the previous visual editor. There were a few minor bugs, probably related to the new Elementor, but I have to highlight the fast support that always solved everything. Great theme.

Extremely frustrating, I bought it for the supposed ease and speed in using and implementing the blog, but the live view doesn’t update, several mini bugs during execution, a complexity to adjust the pages, photos that disappear during upload. If you are looking for something simple and practical, this is certainly not the ideal template, it has a big learning curve and in a short time you lose the will to learn to use it.

High quality of features, nice designs, and adaptability to be used for different kinds of websites, and also the customer support is great.

The template as a whole is very good, with its own features that clearly distinguish it from competitors. However, with all the advantages, there are also disadvantages, errors that I have repeatedly reported to the support service, but not that I have received a solution, but in general I have not received an answer to my questions.

The documentation and guides provided are very basic. No doubt in the examples given, you’ll need to upgrade plugins to get the desired outcome.

The product and theme are truly exceptional in every aspect. The quality of a product relies heavily on its support, and I must say, the support team has never disappointed me. As an end user with no coding or developer experience, having the ability to reach out to support, share screenshots, and communicate my customisation requests and issues has been absolutely invaluable. The design is amazing. It is just beautiful without needing to do much. I have no knowledge of design, but with this theme, my web attracts many customers that land on the site. It is easy to navigate and customizable to the details. Even more, their customer support is amazing. This theme and this studio are really recommended.

I searched long and hard for a theme that would enable me to tell photography stories, and this one really worked great for me. I want to create a story of text and pictures for every project I have. The site builder is easy, and for a non-programmer, it was still easy to install. I also see that it has way too many functions for what I use it for (like e-commerce and such), but still, it’s a solid 4/5.

Forces you to install a bunch of useless plugins you don’t need or want.

Custom support is awesome and they help with all tickets. No request was left behind and they actively help to turn real what I want.

A great theme. I love how it looks. Support is great as they always respond to your concerns, even though it may take some time. Just be prepared that there will be some bugs along the way if you use any plugins. Overall, the theme is nice.
