Great theme! This theme is not only beautiful but it is really easy to work with to create your own customised site. The customer support is the best I had so far out of all the themes I have used. The support responds very quickly and helps you to resolve any issues or questions you have. They fixed my problems within a few days and even explained a few things to a noob like me. Excellent support and help is always the best and accurate. First time ordering a theme and it was so worth it! Never found a theme that’s so customizable, so fun and easy to use. So many great plugins. I love it! You did an awesome job with this theme!

Exactly what I was looking for. I love the different homepage layout that does not look too “wordpress-y” thank you so much.

When I first purchased this website it was so buggy that I was constantly in need of help from the support team, admittedly at the time they were extremely helpful! There were even instances if I made minor changes to the site it would corrupt. Because of this I stopped updating my website. However, this led to security issues which meant I had to update my site. As expected I developed a conflict issue with woocommerce, which resulted in an error message across every page of my site. So I contacted customer support. They informed me that my support package had expired but would help this time. It was taking them on average 6 hours to reply, which meant for the first 2 days nothing had progressed. They finally made it clear they wouldn’t help unless I purchased support. So I purchased extended support and am still waiting 24 hours later for any response as nothing has happened with my website! This whole thing has dragged on for 3 days. I have a retail website, nobody is going to buy anything from a website with an error message across it!

What an amazing theme and customer support! I knew I chose well with you, guys! I am not a developer, I just adjust things I can manage, but everything was so easy customizing the theme, and when I contacted the support, since I cannot change something, they replied to me with the right moves to solve my problems. Thank you very much! I recommend to everyone!
