The theme is very buggy with numerous issues. Support was not helpful; I have been waiting for several weeks for answers, and nothing works with the filter. I will need to redo my website with another template; really disappointed.

While the theme has a good design, there are issues with the portfolio grid arrangement, with some items appearing vertical and others square, making it unclear how to organize them. The rest works nicely.

Overall, the template is buggy beyond belief, and customer support is non-existent. They promised a fix nearly 8 months ago and stopped responding after that. Don’t buy it. There are much better options out there.

This is such a beautiful template, with several great options as far as themes and customization go. I just started to work with this theme but it is extremely easy to install and to configure, very intuitive. I had an issue with the customization of the fixed menu but the customer support has been very professional and quickly solved my problem. This theme was super easy to use and met all my needs; it was SO refreshing to populate Notio. Very responsive, patient, professional and concise. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you!

This theme does not work and should be removed from the marketplace. When attempting to install it (WordPress 6.5.4 • Notio 5.6.2 • PHP 8.1.29) the theme causes a fatal error. There is apparently no support or updates from the author anymore. Knowingly selling a product that doesn’t work is fraud.

Decepcionante: Tema deficiente e inflexible + documentación escasísima e inútil + Soporte lento e inservible. Tecnologías obsoletas. Conclusion: Una trampa! TODO lo que rodea a Notio es una experiencia altamente frustrante. Muy decepcionado con Themeforest/Envato por prestarse a distribuir esta mi**** y calificarla como “de Calidad”.

They do not provide any customer support and never answer messages. The template has not been updated since I bought it, a waste of my money. I do not recommend to purchase this item to anyone!

Il supporto non risponde dopo 5 giorni di attesa e il tema non si carica nonostante abbia seguito le indicazioni della guida. Indecente il prezzo di un tema del genere. Spero mi rimborsino all’istante.

The best portfolio theme in the marketplace. Your creativity is the only limitation, this theme has all the features you need to create a robust portfolio with great visual presentation and interactive elements.

The design of the page and blog are beautiful, and it is easy to use even for rookies like me.

I used to love this theme, but ever since I tried to re-install it to update the theme, the demo content doesn’t work. Even after writing multiple messages to the support team, no one has ever gotten back to me. Very disappointed.

Customer support is not the only reason, but the developer of this theme really tried their best to address the technical issues I had. Very well developed and easy to use themes with good customer support. Highly recommended!
