Always super support. Rapid and effective. I recommend them.

Super flexible theme, high quality in everything. The support is fast and reliable. Had a little CSS need, it was solved in no time, all works perfectly.

When WP updated to WP 5.5, the template had issues. I contacted the DFDevelopment team, and they responded quickly. I submitted my ticket to support detailing all of my issues, and by the next morning, they gave me the solution. They even offered to correct the issues themselves. Thank you again for the great template and outstanding support!

Great theme with modern design, customizable options, modules for any occasion, and explicit documentation. Good tech support as well. This theme is my favourite now! Easy to work with, the support is great, quick, and helpful. The best theme I’ve tried in WordPress! Elegant, complete, and flexible! I would like to leave a recommendation: It would be nice to create more predesigned demos. Thanks!

One of the best themes with many good options to customize my website and a great support team. Very happy and satisfied that I bought this theme. Really customizable and I like it a lot! Best theme and very good support too!

Theme templates look stylish and modern, are easy to customize. Moreover, customer service is very responsive and solved the small issues in a very short time. Totally recommended!

I’ve been a themeforest member for years but this is by far the most flexible, awesome, customizable, easy-to-use theme I’ve ever come across. Excellent customer service. Definitely 5 stars!

If you want a solution right out of the box without using CSS to style a design you want to accomplish, this gets 5 stars. If you want to style this theme with CSS, get ready for a nightmare and missed deadlines. This is NOT a theme for anyone that wants to change the default hardcoded CSS of this theme. Nearly impossible to work with, breakpoints are a nightmare.

Native is a really flexible and customizable theme with extremely good support from Ellen, always helpful and quick to respond. So far, I have 4 licenses. An excellent theme in any aspect with lots of features and customizations, timely updates. Love the theme! Not often we have issues, but the customer support is always helpful and fast. I have already used it for several websites. Customer support is truly excellent. They are very helpful and fast at their replies when I have a question. DFD-Native theme is the one I use on all my designs for my customers. It is an awesome theme to develop the pages for my customers and going to use it in the future also. The theme also includes brilliant support and they respond very fast, and possible problems are solved with a helpful and supportive attitude. I am also teaching WordPress website development and DFD Native is one of the themes I recommend for my students as a premium theme if they are planning to use one.

Best theme ever. A lot of options and flexibility. Customer Support is very helpful and won’t leave you alone with a problem.

Incredible customer support, flexible theme with tons of options. I’ve used it for 4 custom site designs and I’ll use it again.

I inquired about a CSS change that I wasn’t able to solve. Within 24 hours the solution was provided and the client and I are extremely happy.

Really great theme for customisations and flexibility, however the more you add the site’s code quickly gets rather messy and heavy. The theme as a framework will suit pretty much every project, but you should be aware that this theme is far from optimised and you may struggle to get it ideal. It is doable with a fair bit of work on your own behalf however. Great theme, just needs some freshening up and optimisations improved upon. Plus some code errors have been left in for over a year, which is a shame, as these further bring down page rankings.

Still one of the best themes on Themeforst however.
