Adrian and his team quickly came to my support regarding an issue where I couldn’t access their support ticket center because of a two account conflict under one email. They setup a way for me to temp communicate with them until Envato resolves the issue. This is the second time I bought their Mr.Tailor theme for another project because it comes with a lot of features.

In my 3 years of using Envato themes, this is probably the best theme I have ever used on this platform. Always up to date with all the latest updates and one of the best user experiences I’ve experienced. I’m very impressed; keep up the phenomenal work guys!

I had a couple of problems with installation and theme adaptation, although the support is good and they normally come back with the solution within 3-4 days.

Terrible customer support. I pointed out 2 issues on Monday and got no reply so far (it’s Thursday). Apart from that, the theme itself is very customizable but has its own issues and illogicalities. I’m having problems with updates, and Visual Composer doesn’t want to update even though I have the latest version of it in the theme.

mrtailor/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 8.6.0. Please update those templates! It’s been more than a month since they released the new WooCommerce version.

Not updating WP Bakery. The theme is updated, but WP Bakery is outdated in Version 6.0.3 from 2019 and not compatible with PHP 8. Then I can’t update my website because of this theme.

In the recent update, we got 3 major bugs: the thumbnail issue, the header issue, and the Payment gateway issue. The first and second are already reported by multiple users.

The latest theme version has a bug related to Variable Product’s variations form. The bug is related to the labels, which are not aligned properly to the variations list and appear on a black background.

Limited with homepage options, no standard horizontal slider, fewer features, and customization options than the previous version.

Adrian from Get Bowtied has helped us after some update problems very quickly and professionally. Very good theme indeed and best support one can get. Thanks a lot!

Great theme! Very good design and features included. Using it for 3 months and no problems, except maybe not enough customization possible; had to install external plugins for that. A bit expensive for the product but excellent theme overall.

The overall theme is excellent. Also, they provide excellent support (Adrian B. you are a genius). Highly recommended. One of the best I’ve worked with.

Clean, lean and beautiful theme. Not too many options but each one is brilliantly considered. If you want a theme that does all the ‘heavy lifting’ for you and your shop, just get this one!

Demo import fails to load images. Support forum is closed and unavailable. Authors do not reply to support requests. Avoid.

Logos don’t update. I had to rename my image to the logo’s default old name for it to work. Terrible theme.

Tema are un bug destul de suparator atunci cand la cautare nu sunt gasite rezultate. X-ul central se suprapune peste megameniu, si il anuleaza. Deci nu poti sa alegi nimic din meniu daca acesta coboara sub X, pentru ca meniul dispare. Am reprodus problema pe demo-ul temei de pe serverul vostru. Va pot trimite un screenshot daca imi dati o adresa de mail. Multumesc.
