The documentation regarding installation and customization is minimal. As a result, I had to contact customer service multiple times. Although I always received an answer within a few hours, it seems like they don’t read the ticket thoroughly, resulting in answering only a small portion of the question. It took me more than a week to resolve an issue which I finally figured out on my own. I would definitely not extend the customer service support.

The overall design is wonderful and it seamlessly syncs with many of my ideas. Also, the support from the developers is prompt and helpful.

The documentation is abysmal and while support is generally quick, there is a language barrier. The theme options pages are not intuitive; the theme developer needs to focus on making it more user-friendly and well-documented, with notes next to all the options explaining what they do.

The theme design is wonderful with easy customization features. Also, support is great.

In Live Demo, all single product page designs are installed. In theme options, you can choose only one in instant installation per shop. Documentation is not very well. The translation in other languages is unfinished. Hopefully, the language files will be improved because for the German market, you can’t use it if main buttons (buy now, go to checkout) are not translated. Small things with big effects.
