Customer support helped fix issues on our site, making everything run better. It is a nice-looking theme with quite a lot of flexibility. The customer support has been really good when I needed to ask a few questions, solving problems quickly. Documentation is poor, and the demo footer is not customizable. The theme is quite good and easy but has many troubles with WPML. Support is bad, and documentation is insufficient. The absolute worst customer support encountered, with unresolved tickets and delays. Unless you are planning to use the theme as-is out of the box, avoid it. A nice-looking theme but with the wrong people to support it. I shall not be renewing my support as it is worthless.
