It is a good template with a nice design. However, it can be improved more.

Really not easy to configure. A lot of possibilities in a lot of windows with the same name. Please, don’t buy it, search for another; it’s really not good.

I give 5 stars because after a long time on email support they finally solved almost all issues with the theme. The theme is just what I need, but support is not very helpful if you don’t get angry. Support: 2/5 you must insist; if not, they just send you copy-paste answers. Support is not on a high level. Bugs: 2/5 Theme has many bugs (after theme install, customer details not visible, responsiveness, translations). Design: 5/5 Very nice design.

Very poor support. When we ask for something, they ask us to view documentation. But documentation is very poor too. It doesn’t answer all questions. There are just setting screenshots. It really doesn’t help. Look what they answered me: “we’ve mentioned in the theme documentation, so we’ve recommended checking it once.”

Nice theme but terrible documentation and difficult to communicate properly with creators. Don’t feel like paying for more support when initial support was not good. Now I have to buy another theme better researched creators so I can have it function properly.

I personally found it to be poor quality and VERY HARD to customize relative to other templates I have bought here – but I guess the lower price explains it. My advice – pay a little more for a template that will be easier to customize. I didn’t use this template. I bought another one. It was that bad.

Bad support, recommend do not buy. I found the problem about grid view, and they said please update the theme for better performance. I already bought and downloaded it yesterday; it is not updated. Support answers with general responses.

I got a theme from you. But the product insertion system does not work. I can’t add products to my site. Adding pictures and Add gallery pictures buttons do not work in the product add section. General setting, Inventory settings, and other buttons do not work. My View Products page does not open correctly. Add to cart The product looks under the picture. I want it to appear on the right. As in the theme. Adding products does not work, set product image does not work properly, add product gallery images does not work, and many other buttons do not work.

Support is really good but the design is not up to the mark. They need to improve the product.

The Theme files have an error code; I sent a ticket but they don’t respond.

It is the best theme I found for my website. Its advantage is obvious: the clear and multifunctional design. I am happy about the support. I wish there would be a language pack for other languages than English provided. Nevertheless, it’s absolutely worth the money.

For a hardware store, it’s the one and unique theme that fulfilled my needs!
