I just bought this theme but it is outdated. My WordPress announced, “Your theme (MegaShop) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.”

I would only give this template 4 stars, but the support is the best I have seen. After a few customizations with the help of the support team, the template is smooth, fast, and very user-friendly. A very simple but effective template. I will probably buy their next template for sure. Thanks.

An excellent template that fits into different store themes. Support is very responsive and always helps.

I had an issue with the theme install so I contacted customer support and their response time was impeccable. They were able to take care of the major edits to have the theme mirror the demo site. If you’re looking for a great e-commerce theme with great customer support, this is it!

Categories and mini cart functions do not work properly. Not flexible enough. Bug in adding slider.

Great theme for WooCommerce. Customer support is excellent, very good response, and they answer all your questions. Monika was very helpful to all our queries. They also installed the theme and got it up and running with sample data quickly.

Technical support is dependable and on-time. Quality of work is phenomenal.

Customer support takes 2-6 hours to reply, but the help they give is amazing. Thank you so much.

I bought and tested the theme/template. The theme is tagged with Visual Composer, but it’s not the real VC-Composer; it’s the free plugin Page Builder by SiteOrigin, which is not good. The installation of demo content was not possible for me. Support is very fast and helpful; they installed it for me (free) in under 12 hours. Very nice support.

The theme is not translatable; you need to buy WCML (for $79) to translate the theme. Otherwise, you need to translate manually in the PHP files. The theme is fast-loading, and I didn’t find a bug; all is working fine, and it’s fully responsive. I like the theme and the support, but the plugins are a joke.

Professional customer support, they helped me a lot. I highly recommend this theme. Thank you!

I truly love this theme and customer support is fast and reliable. I submitted a ticket and my issue was resolved in a fast easy process. Purchased Mega shop theme. After sales, Support was excellent. They helped to install and configure the theme. Its very easy to customize the Mega theme. The theme is very safe and stable, never broken down. The support service is very good. I suggest to buy this theme. Very nice theme. Easy to use, clean design and has a lot of useful features. Support is AWESOME, quick and very helpful. Highly recommend. Difficult to customize unless you’re a CSS guru. So, I’d only recommend this if you know how to code in CSS.

Overall, the theme is a great choice for an eshop. Great support and speed of the theme. One of the best choices I have made for a template purchase.

My site has crashed 4X since I bought it and this time it’s not coming back. I tried to get support but that has not happened yet. Please take a look at the site and you be the judge (https://beautyandmoregh.com). I’m definitely applying for a refund.

I thought I wouldn’t need to buy the plugins that are required for this theme, but I was wrong.

Keep insisting the theme supports WooCommerce 5.x.x, I have given you evidence it does not. They have no version tracking or changelog in place. This code is poor quality and has been a waste of time and money for us.

After installing this theme, my whole webshop is not working at all. I have to redo everything with my old theme. It has cost me a lot of time and money to get my old shop back.
