We have contacted their support team 3 weeks ago, and our issue has not yet been resolved. We have been informed about an update that was never accomplished, and therefore the issue we are facing is still present to this day.

I rate this theme very low and recommend you don’t buy this unless you have website-building experience, as there is a lot wrong with this theme. What makes it worse is that their customer support is really bad; I have messaged them twice and have a ticket open for support, and I’m still waiting on a reply.

It breaks the admin design, even installing it without any other plugin but the included ones.

I requested to return the product by sharing many errors on the theme with screenshots. There are also a lot of issues with customizing the theme and content sections. But it was not accepted. We do not want to use this theme.
