It seems that the company is stubbornly refusing to integrate a native coupon system, instead relying on a workaround via WooCommerce. However, this solution is far from ideal, and it is clear that it does not meet the needs of users. The WooCommerce option is not enough; we need a native coupon system, more intuitive and easy to use. The current user experience is abysmal and needs immediate improvement. MasterStudy needs to understand that by neglecting user experience, they are jeopardizing their market position.

Initially, the theme was much simpler in terms of technical specifications compared to now. Over the years, the development team has done a tremendous job improving the theme and its components. The MS LMS theme combined with the MS LMS Pro plugin offers excellent value for money. With new updates, new features and customization options are constantly being added. There are plenty of templates available. It allows for creating various types of lessons, quizzes, and assignments: text, audio, and video. You can create “Coming Soon” courses to attract new students even before the course is published. Some reviews mention that the website is heavy, but with proper caching and CDN setup, the website runs quite fast. There is also excellent integration with Elementor. Technical support works excellently. Yes, you have to wait 1-2 days for a response, but in my opinion, that’s perfectly acceptable. The team always tries to explain in detail how to solve a problem on your own. Following their instructions, it’s easy to fix the majority of technical issues. If a bug occurs in the theme or plugin itself, they release an update with a debug very quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the feature availability, customization, design quality, and support service. If anyone is looking for a good option to launch online courses, I recommend MasterStudy LMS.

I chose the MS LMS + Education topic for myself, and did not regret my choice. In terms of the combination of price and quality, this bundle works great. I deployed my project in 2 months.
