Despite trying multiple times and with no real help from support, we have given up on this one. The only replies we get are links to the documentation, which lack clarity, making it difficult to install.

The development team is very helpful. All errors that came up after installing several plugins to our store were fixed promptly by the support team. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer support. No email support. We have issues with layered price filters and sorting products. We opened support tickets on Magentech, provided server details, and have received no response from the support team for the past three days.

Very good theme, very professional and timely technical support. I used this latest theme which supports Magento 2.4.6. I had a problem with the blog and asked Magentech for help. They helped me solve the problem quickly.

A really good theme with an infinite number of possibilities in color and UX design. When you have a question, even with the time difference, the support answers quickly. I recommend it.

Good theme with a lot of design variants all in one. Had one issue & support team helped resolve it. Only thing I think needs more attention is the documentation on how to update all basic information for branding.

Very flexible theme with every layout you could imagine, plus it uses Bootstrap so it is very easy to make your own changes. Customer support is very fast and helpful!

Definitely 5 stars at every stage. Layout, extensions included to template and technical support at the highest level. Very helpful and quick support. Definitely one of the best Magento templates on the market. Very stable and fast code. I have been using it for several years because they provide instant update for new Magento versions.

It has almost everything that we were looking for in a theme and it is pretty much customizable without much coding. The support is also very responsive.

Very good theme. Stable version Easy to install and well documented. Friendly customer support with immediate responses and extending help to solve issues through skype. Highly recommended.

The theme has some flaws, especially during installation where it doesn’t always work as shown in the video and sometimes fails to load examples. However, everything else is fine. After experiencing difficulties, the support team contacted me via Skype and helped me fix the errors, which I appreciated. The design is beautiful, compatible with the Arabic language, and works with Vnecoms marketplace extensions. There were some responsive issues, and although the support team tried to help, they ended up changing the whole layout, forcing us to revert to the previous code. Customer support is good, responding within a day and providing solutions. They are knowledgeable about Magento, and I highly recommend them. Code quality is also acceptable as we haven’t encountered any issues with it yet.

The support is absolutely fantastic. I’ve faced a fair few issues with this theme install, and they have fixed any issue time after time. Really great support, they will help with anything.

Great support from Mr. Nguyen, who is really great in details and has taken seriously each of the six tickets I submitted in the past months.

Why is there no clear documentation for Magento 1.9.x? The docs link you sent us (http://documentation.flytheme.net/sm-market/) is very old. Many of the info is outdated and no longer works, for example, the slider module. For the mega menu in Magento 1.9, I don’t know how to do it and how to manage the home block in Magento 1.9. This is unprofessional.
