The developer helped with the bug quickly, so now the issue is solved. I wish I could receive help sooner because I contacted before giving the review.

I contacted your support, and it did not solve the various problems of the theme. You told me to download the updated version of the theme, but it has the same errors as the previous one. I had to spend my time solving all the problems myself.

I had an issue with the website, but the support helped me even though my support had expired. They resolved every single query of mine and managed to solve the issue with the website with ease. I would highly recommend this theme not just for its features but for post-purchase support alone.

I cannot use this theme. WordPress will soon discontinue PHP 7.4, which is what this theme currently operates on. I contacted customer support for Magplus over a month ago and was told by Tanvir that the 8.0 upgrade will be available. I’ve contacted him and the support and not had a single response. I’m paying for something I can’t use!

This is a great theme, flexible, easy to use, and the support is very helpful, doing everything to help you ASAP and efficiently.

Very nice theme and very easy to customize, it has many options. The support service is perfect, fast, and effective. I definitely recommend buying.

Okay — I’m doing a complete overhaul of my website in 2020 and chose MagPlus to build it out. There were a couple of bugs along the way and a little bit of a learning curve, but Tanvir, my representative, literally fixed everything I asked. He worked for about two hours and just kept knocking everything out that I needed. 5 Stars!

Really great theme. It is so easy to update content and customize widgets and blocks. Support has been phenomenal for me and really great to work with. So far, I’m really impressed.

The theme is great and I’ve received excellent customer support. I don’t have a lot of experience with WordPress but the theme is really easy to set up, and when I’ve encountered a problem, Customer Support has been really helpful. The theme has so many options, which is great for my ever-changing mind of what the blog should be! I messed up with my demo import and Tanvir jumped in to help me really quickly. The support is very hands-on and proactive. This is my first site and the MagPlus team is helping me a lot. The customer support is incredibly fast and friendly! The setup is already intuitive, and the screenshare help they initiated with me answered all of my remaining questions quickly.

Tanvir resolved my issue in less time than expected. I am very satisfied with the support provided. Great support and quick turnaround time! The theme support has been fantastic. Support member Tanvir has gone above and beyond to address my issue and request in a timely manner. The template is highly customizable and personally, there were things that I did not know how to do, or needed to add and that the module itself did not allow me, so I opened a ticket. The treatment of the ticket has been magnificent, all the doubts have been resolved, without any problem and always in a very polite way. Without a doubt, it deserves the 5 stars, highly recommended template. Most effective and easy to install! Recommend this theme for blogging.

Great support! Whenever there’s something you don’t understand or can find in this theme, there’s immediate assistance or advice – mostly within 24 hrs.

Las dos veces que he tenido dudas me han atendido de manera muy educada y me han resuelto el problema. Aconsejo MagPlus por muchas cosas, una de ellas es ésta.

The customer support is absolutely amazing. I don’t know how to code and was able to build a beautiful website on my own. You don’t need to be a webdesigner when you have this theme + the great customer support in case you need help.

Have been using this theme for 2 years and can recommend. Satish and team have always provided great support.

This is a very beautiful theme! The creator was very helpful, and did respond when I needed him. I do wish there were some things that were different when it comes to the theme. I had some formatting issues and which I could change the way my featured images looked. I just ended up using WP Bakery options instead of the theme’s options. Again, this theme is very beautiful. It has so many great features. I am very satisfied with the appearance of my website.

I really recommend the theme, it’s very flexible and customizations are easy without coding. A special note goes to the support team, who were really helpful even with small details I was having trouble with. Excellent support and design from the team, and they are constantly working and providing regular updates. I took a chance on this theme, and I’m so glad that I did. It is beautifully designed, and it functions perfectly. The customer service is great–fast responses every single time. Good luck theme_bubble. You rock.

Tanvir at MagPlus has been fantastic with his super speedy customer support which has meant we can get on developing our site without any delays. The theme is excellent and we have managed to achieve all design goals.

The theme is awesome, my only “complaint” is your tutorial videos on YouTube are frenetic! You seriously need to slow them down – a lot!

Solid plugin with excellent customer support. The support team has gone out of their way to help me and in a fast manner.

One theme for all. I’m amazed how this theme is super easy to set up and match with my blogs at ease. The feature is rich and the support is great! So far, I’m happy!

I had a problem with the theme and the developer solved the problems, even those not related to the theme. The theme is very fast mainly for mobile devices, making a big difference for those wanting to rank first on Google. Every time I had problems, I was very well attended and all problems were solved. I am currently using the latest version of the theme and everything is working smoothly. I only get compliments about the theme, the developer, and the support. Love the customisation options and the brilliant support that comes after purchase. The template is really great and their support is awesome. They are always here to help you solve your issues. Great design, and helpful customer support. Very stylish for a magazine-oriented website. Highly recommended. Great work!
