Very advanced features. Easy to install and customize. I didn’t experience any bugs or problems.

Design and functions seem attractive but very slow to make and Google PageSpeed scores after 1 month of work, adding products and setup is 5 for mobile after adding caching on server and website.

It’s now over two years since I lost my client that could not look at the big announced demo for Gyros & Döner to play with it and see it working for him. The demo is still not available but marked as “Coming soon”. This tells everyone; do not buy a theme that might have a feature in the future. If it lacks a feature, move on to another one.

The quality of the theme is also on par with the support.

Don’t waste time downloading any other theme. This is the best supported and most updated WordPress add-on/theme I’ve ever found. Anyone who has issues with speed clearly doesn’t have the right hosting environment. Awesome job by the developers, implementing suggestions by users. The all-in-one solution for food businesses/takeaways.

I have to say, one of the best customer services I’ve worked with. I suggested implementing a feature in this theme, and the developers did it in a few days. Absolute amazing work. This theme delivers everything my customer needs to run his pizza delivery service. I’ve searched for weeks for the right one, and Lafka is the right choice! The add-ons, opening hours, and the table list view of the products with different sizes were the main reasons I decided to get this theme. Thanks again, guys, and keep up the great work.

All parts of this theme are amazing. I’ve been working for 12 years with WordPress, and I’ve never seen such a great theme like this one. Congrats to the developer team.

I agree with the most recent comments about support. The customer support and online documentation appear to be non-existent. I posted a question to the forum 18 days ago and not a single follow-up response. My issue is seemingly pretty simple and just needed a little direction so I went looking for online documentation and the only thing I could find was the forum. Not very helpful. I am pretty disappointed at this point. I’ve worked with dozens of themes for various clients and this is the only one I’ve ever felt compelled to post a bad review.

Used to be great, but AIThemist seem to have lost interest in this. Updates of bundled plugins with security flaws happen months later. Cannot recommend buying this anymore.

Originally a good solid theme to use, Really good updates, and overall a nice package for customers. Last 5 months has been terrible, no customer support, no answers to questions and problems with the site. Would not recommend to people to use.

Extremely disappointed with the support. I explained my problem again and again. First it took a week to just get a response on my thread, later just gave impractical excuses and marked it as resolved. Its been 2 months and I am stuck with my problem and can’t push the site LIVE. I wasn’t expecting this from the team who supposedly developed such a wonderful theme.

Dear Lafka team, your template is good due to its nature but very complex. We are in the process of configuring this for months and always arise new questions that only the support can answer. Sometimes it took us a week to get an answer. Can’t you do it faster?

I am trying to translate a modal pop up of the theme for 2 months now. The theme is cool but not that easy to understand and the support is not that active!

In the beginning, the theme worked just fine, but with the last update, there is some conflict between the theme and WooCommerce. When the core plugin is turned on, the shop is not visible. When you write to support, they give an explanation that the theme was tested with the latest version of WooCommerce and it works absolutely fine, and if it still doesn’t work, I need to write on their forum, where it’s not possible to log in. Due to this problem, I had to move to another theme. Huge disappointment.

My coworker rated this 1 star earlier but when I took over this project I found that customer service is good. Keep it up.

Good, useful item. Hope, they will not stop updating theme according to WordPress updates. Otherwise, it will be useless.

The theme is beautiful, with great flexibility, a wide range of features, well documented, and solid. The only CON is the WP Bakery Page Builder, where style options for individual elements are a bit limited. Anyway, I’m so pleased with this purchase and looking forward to upcoming updates!

I’ve already bought and tried a lot of themes. Absolutely none had such high quality and well-implemented design and customization options! My greatest respect goes to the support. Issues are taken seriously and resolved very quickly! As an example, an adjustment option for the payment methods did not work. A theme update came 2 days later and the problem was solved! I am thrilled and say thank you very much!

After experiencing lots of issues with this theme for the last 6 months, I just had to give up all WooCommerce and Facebook integration and make it a static presentation site in order to have a decent loading time and not having my server CPU usage up to 99% every single time I was working on it. AlThemist support team is the absolute worst. They canceled my paid support and never provided an answer to my question. They suggested asking for a refund and stopping using their theme because I will not be able to get support in their system ever again.

Quality theme. The author has provided many points that make the topic very convenient, like adding pizza ingredients or burger builder. The author answers questions, and there is also a separate ticket system.
