I bought this theme 2 months ago and customer support is excellent in terms of understanding the need of the client. The customization was actually a paid feature, but customer support did everything for free! I am very much satisfied with the theme and the support. They are extremely quick, polite, and responsive to queries. They have made every effort to accommodate my requests and have delivered on multiple fronts. It’s been a pleasure to work with them, and I have no hesitation in recommending this theme and the team behind it. Setting up the theme is easy and I think it will work well. There are only two features I wish were included: the ability to refund or not charge donators until the project is fully funded, and automated project counters. All in all, I like the theme and would have purchased it again.

I reached out to Gavias about an issue with my mobile/tablet header and he was quick to respond and also fix it as well. Gavias is a good man and Krowd theme is the best fundraiser website theme out there. The colors, typography, alignment, and pages are on point and professional. I will recommend Krowd theme to anyone looking for premium and quality anytime, any day. I wish I could rate 10 stars. Lol

Great theme, easy to work on and support is just one time. I have never seen such a good and fast support in Themeforest before. Strongly recommend this theme and the author’s products here. Well-designed theme with super easy import, works out of the box as it should, have used it 3x without any major issues on any of the sites. Support has also been fast and friendly, so figured this is one of few authors worth a rating. Keep going, my friend, you give TF a good name. Great theme, very customable and stable, but above all very pleasant and helpful support. I give them 5 stars! I confess that I approved the theme. The only thing I disagreed with is the payment form, because as it is a matter of donations, it is unnecessary to ask for an address/documents, just name, surname, email and telephone. I had the UNFORTUNATENESS to suggest to the author such a change in the form and he offended me. Many prefer to donate as anonymous (whose theme has this option). But apart from such offense, I RECOMMEND!

A beautifully simple theme that is feature-rich and easily customizable. Excellent customer support too; my issues are often resolved within an hour or two. Everything works so smoothly. When I am not sure about anything, I get almost immediate help from the support. The theme is fine without any glitches. Really, it just works the way you suppose it should work. I recommend this theme with 6 stars (if possible). The code is very easy to modify. I had a couple of questions for support and they resolved my issues regarding the theme very quickly. This theme is feature-rich and the support is amazing! They have helped me at all hours of the night to properly install and have a working theme. I was ready to go live in no time. Thank you!
