Don’t purchase this theme. There seem to be bugs and they are unresponsive and are not sensitive to privacy. After 6 months of asking them to answer a simple question, they continued to give the “runaround.” I strongly suggest you read the comments before you purchase.

Not as friendly as other themes that I bought, very hard to understand the documents without programming knowledge.

At first, they responded within a couple of business days. Now, I have multiple issues that have gone unanswered in over 5 days. My site can’t launch until these issues are fixed, and I’ve expressed this numerous times in my outreach. Should customer support prove to be more timely and reliable, I’ll be more than happy to adjust my rating. But as of right now, I’m very frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service.

I am very pleased with this theme and the multitude of variations and customization possible. The theme has now been updated, and I appreciate it. I’ve successfully installed the updated theme, and all plugins are now updated. Any issues I had are all resolved, although I prefer a quicker response time on support. Thanks again, Select is very talented in their theme development.

This has to be the most frustrating theme I’ve worked with in a while. Aside from most of the home pages not being mobile optimized, the Instagram feature does not work, and the blog pages do not automatically connect to posts that may already be on your site. It looks pretty and it’s flashy with all the parallax, etc… but it’s lacking in a number of areas. Also I noticed that Select Themes doesn’t even list this on their site. Should have been a first red flag. Wondering if it’s headed towards being discontinued.

Nothing works in this theme at all. Fonts, titles, anything—all broken. Outdated WooCommerce pages, bad coding, just a mess. Really disappointed.

This is the greatest feminine theme ever! I’d like to have a blog in grid, not only standard and masonry. Hope you will add this option in the future. Thank you for your work, guys!

The customer support from this author has been fantastic, and their response times are great. They even uploaded the theme for me when I had issues with connectivity and file size.

Great design, customer support, and documentation. The only problem I had was with the demo content importation, but the support team helped me and fixed it for me. I worked before with Select-Themes on another project/theme, and since the experience was good, Select-Themes was immediately my first option. Kloe theme is exactly the theme I imagined, so I had no doubt choosing them.
