I chose “Other” to reflect “ALL mentioned” on the dropdown list, as the Theme is fantastic all round and the customer service is excellent. I will surely recommend the product and the company to anyone anytime.

For those looking to build social media or e-commerce sites on WordPress, KLEO is highly recommended. It offers great design quality and is reasonably priced. Having used KLEO for several years, I can confidently say it is the best WordPress/BuddyPress/WooCommerce template on the market. The support from SeventhQueen is prompt and excellent, making it a reliable choice for any project.

While there are some design errors that have persisted, such as blue lines appearing with repeated page loads, the overall experience with KLEO has been positive. The support team is commendable, and the theme remains a top choice despite minor issues.

I tried this theme and it didn’t work with Custom Post Types. This theme also added a bunch of custom post types that I didn’t need or want, and there doesn’t appear to be an efficient way to remove them.

I bought this theme a week ago and have been trying to reach SeventhQueen for support to resolve my issue, but I got no response. Whenever I try to import their built-in demos, it gets stuck halfway and freezes. I tried many times but got the same result.

Poor designs, poor demos, and not enough features for a community website.

Too many bugs. I have not been able to get theme options to update saved changes for over a year. Customer service requests $41 to renew support to fix a bug. Once they have your money, the customer service plummets.

They offer no support, site often breaks when their required plugins are updated, and there are way too many of them which slows down the site. This theme is a nightmare and there has been no support for it, even though you pay for it. Stay away.

Over the past ten months, I’ve been undertaking the endeavor of creating a platform using BuddyPress, Dokan, and the Kleo theme. Truthfully, I tried many routes before Kleo but Kleo was the absolute winner. There are a few serious problems though, and if they were resolved, I’d recommend this theme to everyone.

Pros – Documentation exists but is hit or miss. Updates slowed down but support seemed to be good.

Cons – Lack of preparation for WooCommerce-based websites through Kleo. If you use third-party plugins that rely on the Kleo Theme’s CSS, expect problems. Some examples include Dokan’s vendor dashboard and the My Account & Product Info Tabs. You will need knowledge of CSS or find a paid alternative.

TL;DR Summary: I love this theme; it’s incredible the amount of work and support that has been put in. The problems are relevant to everyone with e-Commerce on their sites.
