Cole has been very helpful and responsive! Great theme and customer support! It takes a bit of deconstructing to figure out the classes used for some of the demo elements in order to customize them for your own use. That might be difficult for a non-web developer.

The support is awesome—fast, competent, and always friendly. A solution will also be found for more extensive problems. I am very happy with this theme, especially in terms of its flexibility and appearance. The technical support has been excellent too—responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have made learning a new theme much easier. Appreciated the friendly and effective troubleshooting support provided after support had officially expired. Other than that, the page load time is faster than most Themeforest themes, so Ancora has done good under the hood.
