The theme offers many possibilities for the graphical aspect of the site. The help desk is very available and clear in its explanations. Very happy with my purchase and service.

I must admit, I am so happy with the customer support. I have had some issues and questions with the theme, but the rapid response and effective ways to sort them out have made my work easier.

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this theme. Even the portfolio feature is not working when activated on the front page. Some block elements in KidsLife Page Builder only take code and do not resemble other theme elements. The whole theme deviates so much from any standard out there, making for a very unfriendly user experience. It’s just halfway done, in my opinion. Also, the first thing you’re prompted with after purchase and installing is to purchase software worth more than the actual theme to get it up and running.

The theme installation failed because it did not have the style.css file.

Really slow, not reading the needs, addressing half the questions… I am having a nervous breakdown trying to change some things on the site. Really frustrating, hope to change my review, but for now, I am really sorry I bought the theme.

I needed to customize the theme and add some functionality and they were able to tell me which and where the files were that I had to change.

Exelente soporte, muy rapido, personalizado y de confianza, me dejaron impresionado es cien por ciento recomendable y muy buenos temas.

Everyone with designthemes was not afraid and helped solve every problem. Thanks to all for your help.

It is a beautiful theme and really makes our website colourful, trendy, and easy to navigate. It will take some time to understand how the theme works, but when you know the way, you’ll find this theme is so clever. The support is EXCELLENT!! I definitely recommend this theme to anyone. The developer is really active in helping with issues, but the theme always has some kind of bug. If they could just step up bug squashing this would be a 5-star review, not a 4.
