Nice design and easy to use theme. Customer support is very helpful, answering questions within 1 or 2 days with clear instructions and helping to fix issues too. I’m very happy with their service, plus it’s a great theme with many features. Quick and quality support. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me customize my theme and by answering my questions. The kids care theme is very user-friendly, accessible, and easy to customize. The support team is kind and patient, providing fast and accurate answers. I clearly recommend axiomthemes 100%.

A very flexible theme with many possibilities and a great and fast responding customer support. The theme is very customizable, but customer support is great. Bloated, clunky, convoluted, and complicated. Beautiful theme but backend issues make it impossible to pass on basic editing ability to our customers. I work with many WordPress templates, and although I can’t complain about the ability to customize this one compared to many others, it does not do this gracefully. Wording, documentation, and usability are real problems. This is packed with a ton of options and features, causing attention to detail to lack in visuals and continuity. Little issues with Visual Composer, undocumented processes, lackluster support, overriding of theme options, and lack of image compression are recurring. Does it work? Yes. Does it work well? No. No documentation for common issues, improper wording of options, visual issues with supported plugins, and visual theme issues with logo text line/contact info. The customizer is impossible to use with this theme. If you want an intense theme with options you will probably not use and visual kinks you need to solve, this theme is for you. I am happy with the overall look of the theme, just not how it’s implemented.
