The theme is visually impressive and well structured, however, I encountered significant issues with the booking system that have greatly impacted my business operations. The problem lies with the overlap of booking dates. Normally, the standard in the hospitality industry is that the day one guest checks out can be the same day another guest checks in. This feature, however, does not work correctly with this theme. The current system’s limitation is affecting the potential booking efficiency and, ultimately, my business.

Regrettably, the most disappointing aspect of my experience has been the lack of support. Even though I was willing to pay for assistance, the support team was not willing or able to provide a solution for this fundamental issue. This has left me with a theme that doesn’t fully meet the needs of my business. While the theme is aesthetically pleasing, I believe it’s important for potential buyers to be aware of these functional shortcomings and the lack of responsive support. I’m hoping my feedback prompts an improvement in both the theme’s functionality and the quality of customer service. Unfortunately, at this point, I can only rate this theme 1 out of 5 stars due to the unresolved issue and unsatisfactory customer support.
