Design quality and versatility second to none. Admin interface is beautiful and so easy to manage. The best out there for sure.

The theme obviously is amazing but support is the best. They are always up to help me with everything.

The code is very good. The only OC theme we use.

I had purchased other open cart themes too. In simple, this is far better than others. They claimed as user-friendly, well-documented, good design and so on. But this is the easy and good one.

I had a problem with the theme which shows an extra blank product image in carousel before my product images. In all other places the product image was correct, except the product page. I had to fix the problem by myself after the support responses were only to move the problem on others. I tested and the issue appeared only with Journal theme. Another point that I am not happy with is that you need to login to their site and there you have to export the settings and skins then go back to your site and import them. The third problem was displaying the price with and without VAT. All the options I could find will not display both prices. I had to edit the product template page and write some code to display both prices.

Used for couple of years, so far good. But setting up new website with OpenCart 4.0 and stuck on how to install the older version of Journal.

It is a theme that I love to use in Opencart, it is very nice to have many settings. I can make any design I want. The only thing missing can be a little more demo design. Also, the admin panel needs to change a little more visually.
