This time, it was a confused email from my client. This is the only theme I’ve ever had that happen with, and I’ve been developing WP sites for over 10 years.

Hello! I’ve used this theme for one year, and now the theme doesn’t work anymore, I’ve written for help but I have to pay $50 for that support. The website doesn’t open and it’s not a hosting issue. So I really would like you to help me. I’m not going to pay $50 for that support, it doesn’t make sense. I’ve already paid for the theme one year before and I just want it to work.

The truth is that they are very attentive and have solved my problems in a very fast and efficient way.

Not only is this a great theme, the support is the best I’ve ever encountered. A reply in minutes when I had an issue with the license, after moving the website from a test server. Absolutely amazing!

Great theme, a lot of options. Excellent support from Sergii. Recommended.

I have really appreciated both aspects of working with them. I had a situation last week where the license for my theme failed to be validated (after being installed for 5 months) and it crippled my website for 2 days — right after a big product launch. Sergii, while on vacation, did get the developers to fix the problem on my server; but I still don’t know what the problem was or why it happened. They did a one-off fix for me. This was a critical failure, for no reason, with no warning, no explanation, and no grace period to resolve it. It cost me money and time as my website suddenly looked like someone else’s business.

I’m leaving this review at 3 stars as motivation for the Monkeysan team to add a grace period to license failures so this doesn’t happen to me or anyone else. Once that is in place, I will return my review to 5 stars, as again their products and service are really top-notch.

I have used many themes/plugins but never received such excellent support! This theme is great, but when I had any minor issues, no matter what time I raised a support ticket, I got a response really quickly. Best Team Ever!!! It is the first time I buy a theme from Monkeysan, and not the last. They have amazing support. I needed to change some code and was not good enough to find the solution. I gave them my ftp ids, and one of their developers took care of it! Added to that, the quality design, the documentation, the features are excellent! I am so grateful to your superheroes team!

I’ve seen other reviews for this product that have moaned about the customer service. I have found the customer service to be exemplary! No question is too stupid and they always answer within a few hours. I have managed to build my own yoga website using this template, with very little previous experience, and I could not have done that without the help of customer service.

I’ve never found customer assistance like this one. Quick, kind, and effective. They are the TOP dev team on Earth! The theme is brilliant. The code is well written, it’s flexible and easy to customize. Thank you so much Monkeysan guys!
