Tried other themes prior to Jobify and they all had issues. This one installed in 5 minutes and I was up and running the job board! I had one tiny issue with login and I contacted support and it was fixed in a flash (it was something I had done that caused the login issue). Highly recommended. After using this template, the customization linked to the template and its modules is quite complex and requires a lot more time to invest in the source code and in finding an effective solution in the documentation. To use this template 100% you need to have very good development skills and invest a lot of time in modifying the template to your needs. The modules are getting old and no longer meet the needs of new sites.

There is poor service in support and documentation. They do not properly clarify how the Google Maps API should work. Their recommendation is to leave the API unrestricted, and that is a bad practice. There are many broken modals and sections. The first classic version appears to be well designed, but the rest are below a high level of quality.

Worst theme I’ve ever bought. Even with the recommended plugins, it wasn’t working correctly and it’s not possible to change the design. Really bad theme with lots of bugs!

The theme is great but there is not much ability to customize in terms of page structures – you can mostly only change the colours and pictures. The theme in general is nice and very functional once installing all the extra plugins.

My reason for 2 stars is the support. I bought this product a month ago on Themeforest and I have been trying to find a way to contact support for 2-3 weeks now. When I request support on the Astoundify page, they say there is no license and that if I bought on Themeforest then I can find my license there. Fine, I found my license no problem. However, Astoundify does not give you any option to upload this license to their website. Themeforest only has FAQ support and Astoundify only replies to tickets, but I cannot start a ticket without an uploaded license, which I cannot upload. It really should not be this hard to get support.

Terrible UI system, have me running around in loops, no way of getting support from the theme developer. I’ve bought a product with 6-month support, but when I am on the theme developer site, it does not find anything; there is also no way around it.

The theme is too expensive because they don’t provide any premium plugin. You need to spend an additional $199 USD to get the WP Job Manager and complete the functionality of the theme. Do not waste your time and money.

When I have had an issue, the customer support has been excellent. Allowing for time differences, the responses have been quick, detailed, and helpful.
