I’m hosting on Godaddy, but this theme doesn’t work. There’s a bug when running Import Theme data, so I contacted them, but I haven’t received any response. I’m very disappointed. I hope you’ll process a refund quickly.

I faced many problems. I contacted support for the last 15 days, but they didn’t solve my problem. I lost my developer charge. Bad theme, bad support. Unsatisfied staff.

Upon clicking “Import Demo Data,” Step 1 (SERVER REQUIREMENTS) was completed successfully. However, in Step 2 (VALIDATE PURCHASE KEY), after entering the product code and email address and clicking “Verify Purchase Code,” it showed the loading symbol but nothing happened. Instead, it said “Verification Required” again.

I had challenges with license activation, and could not change settings under the jobs app. When I contacted the team through WhatsApp, the response was swift. The issue was resolved within an hour. Great customer support.

Absolutely Horrible. Firstly, the theme has several issues from posting jobs to importing in bulk. I have been following up on an issue for the past week, and they constantly ignored it and gave vague answers like plugin conflict or that they are working on it. Now I have to change the entire plan for this project and go with a more reliable theme. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS – CHIMPSTUDIO. I WARNED YOU. TAKE CARE!

On their demo, they showcase their product a lot differently than the reality. When you’re posting a job on their demo, everything looks perfect. In reality, you cannot do it exactly like their demo, and when I asked them why, they said I have to do customization. What’s the purpose of showing something that you don’t provide?

For the last few months, there has been some kind of error in the theme. It still isn’t fixed. Please fix the error.

Finally, I have been forced to write this review based on my experience and poor support: Pathetic in every sense:

Design Quality: 0.5
Customer Support via Portal: 0.5
Customer Support via Whatsapp: 0.5 (very poor in response)
Customer Value: Not at all
This theme is full of bugs and pathetic experiences. They are just making a fool to sell shiny objects to attract customers. The theme is full of bugs and hilarious support from these guys. If this provider will do these two things properly, then this is the best; however, this provider is not matching these two mandates and important criteria, so be aware:
1. Quality of Theme
2. Customer support
NOTE: Buyer, if you want to just waste your valuable time and money, then you can try this theme or search for a better one with a better support system.

The support team has been available on WhatsApp to help me since I purchased their product. All my requests have been resolved and prioritized. Thank you.

This theme has multiple issues. The theme is very heavy and unoptimized for search engines. When you use a domain for staging, you cannot use it for the actual domain as you have to approach the support to deregister and reregister the domain. There is no option to do this by ourselves. Customer support is pathetic, they don’t care to respond and they never help. Overall very unsatisfied about not being able to use this theme till now and the poor quality of the theme content.

Amazing support, the team did very well. Very cooperative and responsive in troubleshooting.

I’m disappointed. A ticket was opened a long time ago but has still not been corrected. I made a mistake buying this theme. There are others with good feedback and good support. No hesitation, go elsewhere.

I have used a few other themes that use the Job Board, none of which come with any of the premium addons. All the ones I need come with the theme FREE. Customer support is great too, prompt, helpful replies.

Our personal experience with the support teams was wonderful and seamless despite all the shortcomings from our end. They took their time to work with us to ensure that their deliverables met our expectations, hence building and creating a dynamic mutual business relationship. We appreciate their professional and ethical customer support service delivery.
