Great multi-purpose theme with lots of features and possibilities! I am using it for multiple clients and they love the result. Very well kept up-to-date with the new versions of the plugins and WP. The best thing is the perfect customer support—very fast, competent, and friendly in helping fix issues I couldn’t solve. Highly recommended!

I love how flexible and versatile this theme is. Customer support is really top-notch. The design is incredible, and the flexibility of the theme to make a salon and a store is very good. The support is very fast and friendly. Had some issues, but the support was incredibly good by going well over and above my expectations. I am truly grateful to ThemeREX and would recommend 100%. This is the best theme so far. Thank you very much for this! 100% 5 Big Stars from me for the Theme and for the great support too! Initially used this theme for a client and years on, it’s still going strong with regular updates and responsive support which is not always common for all themes. Great job ThemeREX team and thank you!

Not only is this a great theme, the customer support is wonderful and ThemeREX went above and beyond to help me when I messed something up on my end. The customer support gives answers very quickly, which are very effective. However, some of the elements are difficult to modify for a non-website-specialist. But once you understand how to rethink the template, it’s fun to do. Until now, I’m happy with the help given to me. This is a very nice theme, easy to handle and full of excellent demo content. Beside that, I found the support being quick (within 24 hrs) and really helpful. I purchased Jacquline template half a year ago and I am very satisfied with all the features that the template offers. The possibility of customizing the template in conjunction with the Elementor plugin is excellent, not to mention the customer support – which is able to answer any of my questions within a few days. I recommend Jacquline template with all ten!

It’s a nice theme with great flexibility. The support is quick and helpful. A lot of plugins I had needed with other themes I don’t need anymore, making the website more secure. This theme can be customized to be suitable for DSGVO.

The integration of the Bookly Plugin is awesome in this theme, and I like the way it has service listing which we can use in Elementor website builder. No need to worry about plugin installations; the theme did this task automatically for me. Lots of love to the creator.

Great design. Our customer is super excited. The many possibilities within the theme are fully utilized. In short: very satisfied!

The support is amazing. The delay of the response is about 1 day. The template is awesome as well. In short, I recommend!

This is by far the best support team I have EVER worked with. They are quick to respond, professional, and always have a solution. As for the theme itself, it’s beautiful. I used it to design a massage therapy site and it completely exceeded my expectations. I would happily purchase another theme from this developer anytime.

A very powerful theme and an excellent support. Special thanks to Melissa for always helping and answering questions. I recommend this theme so much.

The Theme was excellent, but the support is better. I had some problems with the installation and configuration and the answer was quick and effective.

As with every theme, there are some problems because of the different environments. But the customer support is really good. All my problems were solved by Melissa (And I opened more than 10 tickets!).

It’s a great theme, very versatile and well made but very complex to use at first. Luckily the support is fantastic, probably the best I’ve come across in years of using WordPress themes. Every ticket I’ve submitted has been answered within 24 hours and has pretty much resolved the issue I’ve had straight away.
