ThemesCamp's support team promptly addressed my recent concerns, ensuring smooth progress. Their dedication and responsiveness are commendable. Superb communications and quick response to diagnose/troubleshoot issues and questions pertaining to this website theme. All in all, great theme. Had an issue with elementskit header not showing on desktop and background color, and the team fixed and explained how to fix the issues within 24hrs. I will definitely keep using their products.

The theme has a great modern design, a wide range of customization, and ease of use. Design quality is great, but the theme setup does not feel optimized. No automatic importer - had to import every part of the demo manually, which could be an issue for those without experience. After importing all content, it was "broken" on every page because of Elementor's new container feature. I had to go back and set the row/column gaps to "0" to fix the layouts.

There were issues with their built-in Theme Builder. I was trying to use Elementor's maintenance mode but hide the Header and Footer on the 'Coming Soon' page. This could not be done with the conditional logic the theme provides. I had to move the Header and Footer from the theme's Theme Builder over to Elementor's builder to make it work properly. They do have an option to make most of the site DARK, but they do not provide a dark option for the site's preloader/page loader.

The smooth scrolling feature seems very slow, which slows down the site's viewing, but thankfully you can turn this off. Other than that, some spelling errors such as "Framwork," and options that do not work like the 'Cursor' setting (does not change your cursor). The theme is great, and I'd recommend it for the design quality, but I can't recommend it in terms of ease of use, accessibility, and features.
