Documentation is poor and reports wrong parts. They contacted me asking to edit my review with 5 stars, offering me free WordPress themes. They stopped giving support when I refused. Design quality is on another level. I was happy to get the HTML version for $12. There is always room for improvement; you will need to add elements separately as web pages rather than copying and pasting from the demo content. The design is good, but you will need coding skills to use and customize it. It is a new template and needs further development. The theme does not have all the elements necessary to create a complete site; important elements like selects are non-functional, and pages such as 404 are missing. It didn't seem very flexible; modifying an element requires giving them new CSS names because the elements are designed in WordPress style. It has room for improvement.

The design is nice and the template is easy to customize with a creative design and enough components to personalize. However, the webform does not work, and support is unresponsive, often letting tickets expire without progress. The documentation is poorly done and not flexible. Additionally, the large number of js and css files on the page slows it down and affects SEO optimization.
