I’m sorry to say about my experience with the theme Hostiko that I purchased. The decision to buy it stemmed from the hope of finding crucial support for my main business. Unfortunately, it seems that what was promised wasn’t delivered. The absence of proper support and the seller’s disappearing act after the initial contact have left you feeling disappointed and regretful. This theme, meant to aid in your business endeavors, has turned into a waste of not just money but also your valuable time.

However, the client login button is not available on mobile devices. There are not enough guides to install in WHMCS, only the styles are modified, images are missing, and others. It is very annoying for newbies, as editing pricing tables requires using HTML. Why is the theme listed as being entirely on Elementor when it isn’t? I’ve been requesting a refund for weeks but still have not received it.

If I could put zero, I would. Design is nothing without functionality. The theme is excessively complicated, and the documentation is basic and not very helpful beyond the installation process. Despite their claim to respond within 2 days, they have not replied to any of my messages. It seems that you have to upgrade to Elementor Pro to use this theme, as nothing seems to work without it, and they are not responsive. They also fail to warn you that you have to purchase other software just to edit. This has been a complete waste of my time and my client’s time and money. I will be disputing with my bank since they refuse to respond or refund my funds.

I have a license and I switched my domain from http://www.souzahost.com.br to http://www.hostcel.com.br. Now, my license is blocked, indicating that I need to revoke the license for http://www.souzahost.com.br, but it asks me to pay for support. I simply need the paid product to work.

They updated the backend and now you can’t register the site. They want you to renew your support just to get them to fix their bugs. Shocking. Avoid! And customer support is horrible.

Again, I am here to applaud and thank the customer support team for addressing the issues I had. This time around, Jony helped iron out the niggles with utmost ease. I am happy knowing that this team is genuinely interested in helping customers who run into problems. They are a rare breed. Keep it up, guys!

It has been weeks since I purchased a faulty item and Envato refuses to give me my refund after I thoroughly explained my issue multiple times with screenshots. Now I know Envato is allowing sellers to sell faulty items that do not work as described in the description. I have been with Envato for over 10 years and this is the first time Envato refuses to refund my money after contacting them multiple times and the seller. Beware buyer. You have been warned.

Absolutely unusable! WHMCS Bridge is a simple iframe and Hostiko doesn’t handle CSS well at all. Absolutely don’t buy this.

The themes are so slow on loading that while it loads your customer can find another hosting and buy it and install it while your website loads. There aren’t many features. You can’t even install already prebuilt elements, so basically what you get with the theme you have to stick with it or create new elements yourself. Very buggy. Documentation is as good as non-existent since there isn’t anything helpful in it at all.

If I could get a refund I would ask immediately for it.

The theme is incredibly buggy, and not at all what it looks like on demos. In Hostiko Panel, Hostiko Importer is not displaying even after installing Hostiko importer.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Pricing Tables are in HTML coding which is a big issue. All price tables should be designed with elements, not in HTML coding.

Just stay away, they will not give you what you saw on Codecanyon. You’ll be able to use only one page but they are getting paid for all of the pages as per the theme description.

Difficult to customize, even for a small chunk you need to change the code. Not user friendly with extremely poor customer support.

The Classic Editor screen is only showing the text 50%. If I switch to a generic WP theme, it shows all the way. I tried to get support, bought extra support, and it keeps telling me my purchase code is with a different user. I’m confused on that end since I am logged in to Envato at the same time, same account.
