Bought this theme and CSS did not work properly. Since I am not a developer, I always rely on customer support. Luckily, my problem got solved thanks to the swift reply of the support team. Thank you for your great help.

Overall good item; however, there is still extensive room for improvement. I have an open request since April 24. There is no answer except “update your theme” message. They didn’t help me.

Support is very helpful, but it takes a while for them to get back with tickets.

A lot of bugs, lack of performance. We are stuck with this theme and plugin in a client and there is no way to solve this.

The best part of the theme is the customer support; they’re very helpful. However, the theme has a lot of functionalities, but some of them are paid. I’ve only had the theme for 2 weeks, so we will see in the future how it goes.

Nothing works properly. The support is friendly and they always respond but without solutions. The design of the page is good, but we are going to have to spend on someone to help us make the page do everything it says it does.

Above average design but below average creation – even for an experienced programmer, hard to get even the demo content to work correctly as all kinds of small bugs tied to the myriad other plugins they’re using to make it work (like uListing) just keep showing up. This, of course, means that the design just degrades as you modify content. You’d be better off getting your own listing plugin and just using a clean theme, this theme will eat up a lot of time to fix in the way you want. Support is not bad, but not up to the standard of other Elite Authors, and again because they’re just using other plugins, solving things with them is not as easy as you’d expect.

Excellent theme if you are building a real estate marketplace. A ton of features which work, high level of customizability, and amazing support – they will answer each and every question. Can’t ask for more from a $59 theme.

The support is really good. The theme is highly customizable; the only limit is your imagination. If I recommend it? Absolutely.

Honestly, I am a very hard person to impress. I like to get things done and waste no time. I tried to find a software to sell my caravans on, yet I couldn’t find one, so I decided to go with the motors theme. This is exactly what we were looking for! I bought and downloaded HomePress and ran into a few problems. Leaving a half-asleep jumbled message at 5 am BST received a reply within minutes.
