They cancelled all their themes and support from one day to another. No support for a bug that destroys my site!

There have been a massive amount of bugs in the theme but mostly in the included AweBooking plugin. The developer promises to fix them, but they either don’t fix them or they create new bugs. After trying to work with the developers for 18 MONTHS, they still didn’t produce a useable product. They ended up re-writing their plugin due to all the bugs, but there are still bugs in the new version, and missing key features the original plugin had in it. Stay clear of this developer.

Theme is good, but support is almost absent. I am losing a client because booking does not work after theme update and after a first reply (that did not solve the problem) I am still waiting for support. Now it’s ten days, I have written so many times but no one cares. Very disappointing after paying $45 for support.

Potentially a great theme with lots of good ideas and a good plugin (Awebooking) for booking rooms. But it has too many bugs and a customer support too slow to answer and solve problems.

I encountered a lot of issues with AWEBooking and WPML. I have opened a ticket to the support 3 days ago and I’m still waiting for an answer. For a paying plugin, this is a shame! Horrible support compared to all of the others I have dealt with for the past 5 years. This is a great theme; the customizability is quite good, however, the theme and plugin have serious flaws in their functionality. Any system can be mistaken—that is forgiven—what is unacceptable is that they do not support people who buy. You can see how they spend up to 8 days to reply to a comment on Themeforest. Very good theme, but buy it at your own risk.

This theme has bugs. I have sent emails to the support team, which have never been answered. The slider plugin won’t update and is asking me to purchase the slider again. If you think you can set up a booking system with their add-ons, think again. I need WooCommerce payment, and the website is not working. I need to install AweBooking premium plugin, but you have no way of getting to it. So you offer a product that is not working as it was offered. If I try to leave a ticket, it requires me to create an account, but it won’t accept my license number. This surely should entitle clients to get their money back.

Don’t go here. Clearly, there is very little in the way of support on the forum and the documentation is far from comprehensive. Save your money and look elsewhere. I’ve only spent a day on this and decided that if I’m having such issues now (demo content does not download for me, booking system only works on certain pages) then the frustration will only become worse over time.

It’s been more than 10 days since they provided credentials. They have even stopped replying to queries. I am far behind schedule of delivering a complete website due to this.

Too many bugs. Very unstable, and Awetheme’s support is useless. Read their support forum for evidence: https://awethemes.com/forum/plugin-support/awebooking

Poor customization: no alternative for header, position of main menu. Impossible to customize posts and categories looking (font, position of title and text, meta info that can be displayed and not, etc.). Some bugs in blog customizer (impossible to hide/change background image).

The customer service is not good, and they insult me. I bought this theme twice, but I regret it a lot. There are much better people who will help you; these guys are not nice. The support from AWE Themes is miserable. They do not answer posts on their website, and if they do, the solutions are unusable. We needed to hire external companies or do it ourselves, and in the worst case, we are losing our clients. This can’t happen! Bugs with WordPress updates, Visual Composer crashes, inflexible back end, cache not updating, poor support. This theme doesn’t deserve more than a 1-star rating. No shop, very lazy and lousy support that answers everything with one sentence. If there was an option for less than 1 star, I’d probably give them 0.5 stars. Thousands of bugs; if you want a one-language page, it’s okay, but for a multi-language page, it doesn’t work.
