In the beginning I had problems with import, but I contacted support and they fixed it for me. Theme is really easy to work with and I highly recommend it to everyone, beautifully designed.

I have contacted support more than 4 times, followed the instructions of the theme, the server meets all requirements but the import doesn’t work, the widgets don’t work. I am not a beginner. The only answer I got is to reinstall the theme which I did multiple times. No help at all and first time I have problems installing a theme.

LOVE the look and design of this theme, and the customer service is fantastic. Installing it was easy, but getting it to work was very challenging at first – but these challenges were caused by my hosting provider, not the theme provider. When I reached out for support from the theme team, I heard back immediately by a very patient and helpful rep who helped me figure out what I needed to get my hosting provider to configure. As soon as that was set, it was so easy to use! Any time I had a question, I’d reach out to the theme support team and heard back in less than 12h with the answer. I’m really excited that I found a professional and stunning website theme.

Widgets bugs, not easy to customize. Have had two different developers on the theme and still not solved. We did contact support and hope to get a reply on the problem in the theme.

Good design, but what’s a good design if it doesn’t do any good? This theme is so buggy. I have been using it for two years and it’s been a nightmare. The codes are complex, the queries are unnecessary. This theme due to the bugs always crashes and goes back to the WordPress installation.

This is a gorgeous template but the documentation is abhorrent. I could not figure out how to make a change until I literally downloaded the code and finally guessed the right name and found the field was hidden. None of the documentation explains how to configure. There is no explanation on how to create a custom page so I had to take a pre-made one and try to make it work for me. Again, a completely gorgeous template, but know the learning curve is very steep.

The theme is beautiful and elegant. However, there are some lack of basic customization features. For example, the Blog single/list pages have limited settings/features so I could not remove the Author Name and Category without codes. There are also some bugs. For example, I changed a font color or a button color, and it did not reflect on the website.
