Really good theme. Very easy to install and make changes. I use this for my e-commerce store and feedback from my customers has been very positive. Would highly recommend this theme.

Amazing customer support as well as ease of using/editing the theme. The customization options make sure you can alter it to your preference.

5 Star customer service. Every customization I wanted they did straight away. Would recommend and use again for other websites.

Among 3 themes I have purchased, Halo Themes have the best support of all. They are quick and responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It took less than a minute to install, and they were able to customize parts of the website for me. Their customer support is excellent, fast, and I would definitely recommend this theme!

I give five stars all-around for customer support, design, and code quality. Nice and prompt with support on weekdays. Will be a repeat customer. A very fun theme with many options to customize all sections. The support team is very helpful and answers all questions at once. They more than deserve the 5 stars. The customer support is very good. You will get within a couple of hours a proper response with suggestions to your problems. Great team behind a great theme! I had done a lot of customization on my website, and issues started appearing. But Hello theme support solved the problem. They have fast replies and good service. I am really happy with their response.

This theme is actually quite unsuitable if you are truly designing for mobile first. 90% of the blocks look roughly the same on mobile, and very little thought was put into the mobile design for this theme. I’ve had to purchase additional sections for my shop through a Shopify app to add some visual variety to the mobile version of my site with this theme. 85% of my traffic is mobile, so I can’t compromise.

I was facing an issue regarding the logic of the product images. When I clicked on the images to view the variants or other product images, it did not work well. But thanks for HALO’s support in resolving this issue.

Very friendly theme for building your first store, everything is in the theme. The support team is excellent. Just the translation was a little bit complicated as any other theme but that doesn’t change my review. I would like to give you 10 stars. Have a nice day.

I have been with Halo Themes for over a year and am using Ella and Halo on both websites. Anne and Law are just excellent. The themes are simple and amazing at the same time. The features are just spot on. Don’t think twice and buy the theme now as you will find everything that you need and even more!

The price of this theme that offers a lot of potential is excellent and it can be customized. Great support for this theme! Jennie and Ryu also help customers with matters not related to the topic. Keep it up guys!

This is the theme I bought that never makes me disappointed and it is worth it.

I was not happy with the support response time. Submitted a support ticket Thursday morning, by Sunday night they had still not assisted. Other than that, the theme is very good, it’s fast and looks great. It also has a lot of customizable options.

Esta bien, pero a mi se me descolocaba, no iba ciertos apartados entre ellos el menú, el pie e incluso alguna que otra plantilla y tenía que volver a instalar la plantilla entera (el paquete) y luego otra vez desde el código CSS incorporar el estilo que quería, comenzar nuevamente con el diseño.
Temía que esto volviera a pasar.
Lo que si me llevo es el diseño que es precioso, pero debido a ese fallo no puedo dar otra nota que ésta.
