The installation and setup of this theme are easy. The documentation is helpful, and customer support is quick and effective. Customer service was top-notch, and they were very quick to respond and resolve issues. The support team even helped configure the plugins used in the template, which was very reliable and perfect. I highly recommend this support team. The theme’s content is clear and fluid, and the support is awesome, with suggested updates included in less than two days.

This theme has great design and solid functionalities. However, I have imported the demo 6 times on different URLs but every time the demo comes up with blank images and only installed Revolution sliders along with the framework. There are no images under listed products, blogs, product categories, blog categories, and many places in the background of layers. I think the designer should understand what DEMO means. Customer support and documentation are very professional with prompt responses. Strongly recommended! Great support from the team leader! The theme is well organized. Please keep doing great work!

I have viewed this demo here for Arabic language, and it seemed perfect. The developers tried to put the language selection in the header, but it did not work. Now the author is telling me that I just want a refund. This is funny; I don’t want a refund, I just want the theme working as described.

Customer support is really efficient, quick to respond, and professional. A very good reason to use the GreenMart Theme when you start developing websites.

Lots of features and excellent documentation. There are still some improvements to be made, but it is already a very good quality e-commerce theme.

Love the overall design quality of the GreenMart theme. Customer service was top-notch and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issues. Enjoying the theme very much!

I am building a new website and I need a beautiful theme that allows me to support multi-language products, categories etc. The theme is awesome and most important the support from Tbay is fantastic! I would thank Xuantit and Swallow for their efforts! It’s awesome in terms of everything. Design, Code, and optimization – Everything is just wow. Support is prompt. We have created a website in no time. I reached out to customer support for a minor issue and they took great care of it urgently. For the demo version in stage #1, the customer support has been very helpful and fast in terms of dealing with a quick fix. Thank you guys and well done.

Hi everyone, I would like to kindly share my interim experience with GreenMart theme and with the Customer Service. After a bumpy beginning, the whole experience improved significantly and I will share my latest insights.

What I really like is:
1. Every day I create at least a ticket with questions, and I usually get feedback with solutions to my requests within 24h. This is awesome.
2. The customer service team really addressed my problems one by one and tried to implement enhancements directly to the website.
3. Xuan from customer service is a fantastic expert and goes the extra mile to help me to solve most of the template adjustments.

Where there is still room for improvement:
1. The website in mobile version still has defects. These were promised to be solved quickly; however, they still exist (e.g., the “Check out” button at the bottom of the “Cart” page is invisible, and the “Shop” page does not have all products aligned on the top). Waiting for the solution.
2. Some easy customizations like changing the colors of the buttons are not possible without the help of the customer service.

In conclusion, I expect to finish the website within the following two weeks and I plan to provide final feedback by then. Hopefully to give 5 stars. Meanwhile, I recommend purchasing the GreenMart template.
