It's a decent template (Booking.com style); deep into a new project using it. Code quality is OK. The areas I would suggest improving would be responsive mobile elements and documentation. The way certain sections collapse to mobile could be improved. There is some documentation but none for the included JS, so for the lightbox overlay, carousels, etc., you have to figure it out yourself. It would be nice if the included JS scripts were documented too. But for the price, I don't really have any complaints.

Code is simple and solid. Customer support is amazing. Will be buying templates from them again in the future when needed.

Quality of the designer is excellent. The only suggestion is to have more detailed documentation, mainly with the issue of restructuring icons. Another suggestion for improvement for future versions is to offer more dynamic tables and some taskbar with weather forecast.

The template is very fine, but there is a catch. The things you see, for example, the booking calendar, are not plugins but static HTML. So you're going to have to work a lot to make it dynamic. This template deserves more work.
