While the theme I bought a long time ago has been working healthily and beautifully for years, all of a sudden the site crashed because of the plugin called pixerex. The site is not working properly even after updating the plugin. The plugin does not work stably even after the update.

No luck getting help. Unlike many themes where there is a support ticket system, you just email the author here. Not very good. Will not be using this theme.

This theme is not easy to customize, and very time-consuming. We ended up buying the upgraded elementor plugin and it wasn’t fully working either. Theme slowly began to fall apart after a long time of getting the theme to look how we wanted. We did not even use any additional plugins so the only conflicts were with the plugins suggested by the theme itself. We updated WordPress, theme, and all included plugins and still got a fatal error. Stay away from this theme there are much better-looking and performing themes.

I bought this Gentium – A Creative Digital Agency WordPress Theme but I am having issues with my portfolio sections on my website at http://www.jagavisuals.com. I need assistance from the author. Looking forward to your response.

I’m delighted with the outstanding support and prompt response times. Having worked with numerous themes, I can confidently say this one stands out for its ease of use. The theme’s functionality is excellent, offering customizable features with a modern touch. It’s both fast and responsive. If you’re contemplating purchasing this theme, hesitate no more – just buy it. You’ll be amazed at its capabilities.

This is an extremely clean theme which I would recommend with 50 stars if it was not for the following thing I want to warn you about: If you want to run this theme on PHP 8.0, your WordPress page will break due to a theme-specific plugin: trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /root/wp-content/plugins/pixerex-elements/pixerex-elements-for-elementor.php on line 125. Maybe the author can fix this issue and it would be 5 stars easy!

Very nice and easy theme. Works perfect with slider revolution and other plugins. Speed is okay.

I love the layout of the theme. It’s fun to work on it. I must admit I have some difficulty with the menu or little things, but the Pixerex team offers great support with a lot of details. They are kind and always helpful. Thanks!

Its a useless theme. How can you say it has Elementor and I have to pay $49 for pro to use it? I can’t even edit a page without paying for the pro.

Rarely seen such a bad template. The demo data can hardly be exchanged without SQL knowledge, or one is forced to subscribe to Elementor. SSL certificates seem to be strange to the “Elite” author!

If I buy a WordPress template, I do not want an Elementor template, especially then get a message to buy the pro version. I just bought a template.

The theme looks nice, but Pixerex’s structure leaves a lot to be desired. Content importer is having trouble running on 2 of my servers, and theme support does not provide me with files for manual import. Takes too long to install and setup theme (nearing 2 weeks now for me) and too much back and forth from support (without getting much progress over time).

This theme has improved a lot lately, so I’m changing my review to 5 stars. The design that led me to buy this theme is excellent. My client and I were very pleased with the theme. I was really impressed with the quality and didactics that the team offers. Excellent job. The theme is awesome and has been a pleasure to work with. The best part is the customer support – so responsive and helpful. This theme is beautifully designed, quick, clean, responsive, and very adaptable. I had one or two instances of not knowing where to look for particular changes, and the customer support is unreal. They got back to me within minutes and knew exactly how to help. A great quality theme with even better support. Premium support is an understatement. Really impressed and certainly will be a customer in the future.
