Everything is fairly intuitive, and I have not yet had the need to reach out to customer support for any issues. Many customization options and fast and competent support. The customer support is excellent, very prompt, and quick to respond. They never tell you to hire a coder for small modifications and are always happy to make those changes if possible. I highly recommend it!

Very flexible, well designed template with plugins that are very useful for NGOs and are already integrated; prompt and competent help in case of problems.

The theme is beautiful and feature-rich. But most importantly customer support is excellent. We ran into problems updating the theme and bundled plugins. Support took care of everything quickly and had us up and running within a few hours. That shows you Ninzio’s commitment to their product and their customers. Thank you so much.

Fortunately, the support team is very responsive and attentive. This theme is very easy to customize and comes with great support through the online documents and through submitting support tickets which are addressed in a timely manner. Commented on the theme, created a support ticket and it was resolved within an hour or so. Helpful, quick support! Great product and support is very good, responds within 24hrs of any issues. Very happy customer, would consider another product in the future.

Less support with third-party plugins like Charitable. It would be nice to have one company where you can ask everything.

We’ve used this template and find it very beautiful and easy to customize. When we had troubles, the customer support was able to solve our problem quickly. Recommended!

The theme looks good and has great functionality for the most part. There was a bit of customization that was needed but was quickly taken care of by the support team.

I had a problem when I tried to translate the template. My site must be in Spanish and English, but I can’t translate the header of the template with the WPML plugin. I searched for this string’s translation but it doesn’t appear.
