I bought the Theme but it was very messy and difficult to work with. It did not support Elementor and had very few options for custom design of pages. The support team was not answering my questions and, if so, it was very late. I have pasted the purchase code and clicked verify, and it’s loading and loading; nothing happens. This theme has a media link missing issue as well. I’m facing lots of issues using this theme.

Customer support is fast and friendly. It took me a few times to give good information, and they always replied within minutes. Great support.

The theme is old and not easy to modify. Support doesn’t help or reply to requests. Not recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chipstudio, and I’m thrilled to share my excellent experience! From the moment I reached out with an issue, their team responded promptly and professionally. Their solutions were top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Initially, I asked you to set up the website and ensure basics are working, but still no changes. Your theme is unstable. I am getting errors from my server, and it’s only your theme; other themes show no errors on my server.

Everything about this author, the theme I bought in good faith, documentation is non existent, their customer support is very bad. I will be requesting a refund for the theme and the extra support I paid for, as they are not helpful at all, their code is full of bugs, and I will avoid these people at all costs in the future.

Had an issue with my code not activating the product, contacted support team over WhatsApp. They kept me updated and explained what the issue was and resolved it within 24 hours. They are truly a great team at Chimpstudio.

Il n’est pas totalement compatible avec Woocommerce. Ne l’achetez donc pas pour un seul restaurant.

Amazing customer support. In time, responding and resolving. Thank you very much.

My screen stayed at “verification required”. Had to send a support request through WhatsApp message during their working hours. Response was quick and got it fixed quickly. Clarified some other doubts and was helpful throughout. Thanks.
