Flone is a great theme for a great price, many possibilities to adjust and customize. You’ll sometimes find a little bug, like with every theme so far, but customer support really is 5/5, most of the time having an answer within 2/3 hours. The demo content did not install when I first downloaded this and installed the theme, however the customer service has been very good and they are currently fixing the issues with the demo import.

Beautiful and powerful theme, great customization but overall, support team has provided me a lot of help! Recommended to anyone who has very limited code knowledge like me. The theme is really beautiful and easy to customize, but loading time is like 2 minutes. My clients complain a lot that the page does not load or fails all the time. The customer support was very good, they solved my theme update problem thanks to their devoted work. One click demo import fails although I did the variable changes in php.ini mentioned in the documentation. Very slow, the theme would not work unless you install 15+ 3rd party plugins, many of which are resource-intensive and will make your website load in 25 to 50 seconds. I bought this theme 3 days ago and I would like a refund.

The technical team works really well, even the error that occurred due to my lack of full knowledge of the subject was patiently resolved.

They claim to have good GTmetrix score but in fact their demo sites prove the opposite. Tried building the site by importing their demo data and the site took close to 15 seconds to load.

Lot of features but not really mobile 100%. I discovered some bugs. But for the price and quality it’s ok!

I have to say, I have many themes but from Flone author, I have had the very best customer support ever. Very impressed and grateful.

Simply love it. This theme is amazing, very easy to use, especially the main menu which includes all pages, categories, products, etc. You can manage everything from this menu. The mobile menu is highly user-friendly. Page display is very rich looking on both computer and mobile. Browsing speed is awesome. The price is very nominal. I was previously using a very costly theme, but I was sick of its complications, speed, and interface. Bravo Flone developer team for such a great job, you make our life easy, and even people like me who have basic knowledge of WordPress can manage everything without paying heavy amounts to developers and software engineers.

Still learning to work with the Theme but the support is great, fast and accurate.

What a great support! I was helped very fast. Theme is very nice and loads very fast. Very nice home page templates. 100% recommended.

Great decision to switch from another WooCommerce theme to Flone. The site is now faster, almost no bugs, and any issue was solved very quickly by the support! This allows me to set up my whole store in less than 3 days. And the fact it’s Elementor compatible is a huge plus. At this early price, it’s a no brainer.

I just want to say a huge thank you to CodeCarnival & HasThemes. I ran into some trouble with my licensing and WooCommerce store but the support has been amazing. They reply usually within 1 hour.

I’ve installed this theme (following the documentation) and the result is good. The design is good. But try to turn on your debugging. I installed this theme on a fresh WordPress install. I got these:
