The theme is very poor. All plugins are free; do not add any paid plugins. The settings of the theme are very difficult and cannot be customized. Also, the header field cannot be changed. The creator doesn’t care about support. The demo install does not work, and the demo site has been down for days with no responses on tickets. The customer service is terrible; I have written to support multiple times with no response. There are many things not working properly. I have worked with lots of themes, but this is the worst one. There have been no updates since I bought it. It is a waste of time, money, and effort.

My site got hacked within 5 days. Even the home page is full of bugs. You can’t even order elements; if you try, the website layout will break. WORST DECISION TO BUY THIS THEME.

Really, very good theme, with easy customization, friendly with customers, and very good support.

We recently purchased your Flip-mart theme. This theme has great design and very good performance. We are building our eCommerce website through your theme. Now we are facing a requirement for mobile-friendly view. We want to show our product with two columns in mobile view. This is the only thing we need help with. Please let us know how we can solve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks a lot.

The product is very beautiful with various options. The main thing is support, which is very fast. Received a reply within 24 hrs, which was unexpected.

We paid extra for support and the author states “response time can be up to 1 business day.” Not only was there no response within one day, but there was never a response to any of our questions ever at any time.

This is a good theme for a budget. I had some cases about demos. But customer support did the job for me.

They need to update the documentation also import the things in .htacess and in php.ini (if u cant find contact provider). I followed the manual import and it sucks don’t work properly, but if u guys go Appearance -> Theme Setup will go faster, but I repeat .htacces and php.ini first. Definitely I’ll buy more from this author, it really offers a lot, thank you.

I have had email notification issues since September 26. I created a ticket, but it has not been fixed yet. The support is not good, and I am very disappointed. The theme is easily customizable, but it needs to be more mobile-friendly. The support system is good but should be faster. The theme contains too many deprecated codes, and the developer rarely responds to support tickets despite opting for paid support. There are too many bugs; I tried to solve them, but I still cannot fix them. I asked for help from the theme author four times, but he did not reply at all. It has been over 20 days, and he still has not replied. I wasted my money and time.
