I love Fionca Template. The design is clean, customizable. The customer support is by far the best. They respond quickly with no back and forth emails.

Absolutely the worst customer support! 24 hours to respond and they only ask you to explain more. Guessing they don’t understand English! Keep in mind I have bought more than 40 items on Envato and I’m pretty versed in fixing issues myself.

I could not bring the Home demo 3, I have created a ticket with support its been 2 weeks and nothing. I want a refund on this theme.

If you’re a developer or want to change any element in theme according to your need, don’t ever choose this template. It is worse than a free template. No options for customization. You can’t customize any of the pre-built sections, you can’t even change color, font, or anything. Every single thing, even minor color or font changes, you have to do by CSS with !important because they have extremely bad and messed-up code. Please don’t waste money on this. Just go and use any free template and make any design and customize anything, you will find more features. This is the worst theme I’ve ever used in my 7-year career. I regret choosing this theme without proper research. I suggest you make it free because after paying and only getting a pre-built non-customizable design is not what a theme should do.
